Located in the heart of the Swiss Alps in Interlaken, a UNESCO heritage site, Florens Resort & Suites is the ultimate luxury escape. Florens is a development of 155 apartments and 20 suites across 19 buildings; each of which offers stunning views over the stunning Lake Brienz.

The luxury apartments and suites are spread across a site of 6.5ha with 800m of shoreline. The resort offers two international restaurants, stunning swimming pools and a holistic spa escape and its own private harbour with berths.

Turnkey Property Ownership

The properties at Florens Resort & Suites can be purchased either on a commercial or holiday basis. All properties need to be leased back to the developer who will operate the resort and secure rental income for property owners.

The commercial option includes no personal use for the property owner while the holiday option allows for use by the owner without any rent being payable. There are some units in the resort for which the holiday option is not available.
